Yes! This will greatly expedite your experience. After making a reservation you will get an email the day before your arrival to have you and the members of your party complete the Waiver(s).

Important! Remember to have every rider fill out and sign. Parents/Legal Guardians must sign for children under the age of 18.
Yes. Park in our parking lot(Starbucks) or the Covered Garage below. Located on the corner of 893 Tanager St. & N Enterprise St. The garage entrance is right next to Tahoe Forest Hospice Gift & Thrift (directly across the street from the laundromat). Take the stairs up to our store.
Another great local convenient option to avoid parking altogether would be Uber/Lyft, or TartConnect(A free local service)
Our cancelation policy is 48 hours notice for a full refund and 24 hours notice for a 50% refund.
All adult bikes include helmets, bike locks, and water bottle cages. All Electric Bikes also have a bike rack with bungie.
One rider must bring a valid photo ID (i.e. driver’s license or passport) and a credit card in the same name. All riders of Electric Bikes must be 18+(No exceptions). Anyone under the age of 18 can ride a traditional bike, but must be signed for by a parent or legal guardian.
Helmets are mandatory. We provide and insist every rider wear the helmets that we provide for each participant.
All bike are also provided with a lock.
Yes! We wipe down and disinfect all bikes, helmets, and equipment after each rental.
We are currently open till Dec 23rd (weather permitting) from 10 am to 4 pm. We’re open 7 days a week good weather permitting. If you require a slightly earlier starting time please talk with us to arrange an earlier time.
